There are many recruitment agents out there, therefore KSR needed to stand out as being modern, creative and professional and appeal to a range of innovative digital businesses. The main challenge faced when building the KSR brand was finding a way to seamlessly portray the small team’s warmer, people-first and fun approach into a very to-the-point tech industry. Following in-depth research into the insider world of tech businesses, we championed a 'funky' and 'modern' brand that encompassed what this KSR were all about.

Branding & Website
Virginia, the owner of KSR, is young, energetic, and full of creativity. She wanted a brand and website that broke away from the traditional 'blue and corporate' look commonly seen in the recruitment industry. With a diverse clientele of digital and creative job seekers and businesses, we aimed to create something that truly reflected their youthful and vibrant energy. The result? A bold and lively color palette featuring bright blue, pink, and purple, evoking a fun and dynamic atmosphere. To balance this with the trustworthiness needed for corporate clients, we incorporated a strong navy blue.

The KSR logo follows a "less is more" philosophy, showcasing just the company’s initials with a pop of pink in the full stop—infusing a touch of playfulness right from the start.
The website itself was designed with simplicity and usability in mind, ensuring easy navigation for both businesses and job seekers. By using Wix for the website build, Virginia now has full control and the flexibility to edit and update the site with ease, allowing it to evolve as KSR continues to grow.

SEO & Growth
As a new website, KSR had limited search engine visibility, so we set out with a clear plan to target two key audiences: job seekers and digital/tech/creative companies. After conducting an in-depth keyword analysis, we identified what these groups were actively searching for across major search engines. We then honed in on the top 10 keywords that would drive the most relevant traffic to KSR. The website was optimised for these terms, and we provided KSR with a tailored SEO and website strategy to continue building on this foundation.
